The Banff Jasper Relay is run in support of the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada and their research efforts. ​

Your participation in the Banff Jasper Relay, whether as a participant, sponsor, or supporter will contribute to the event's success and its ongoing support of The Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.

Brain tumours are unpredictable and complex. They can affect vision, hearing, memory, balance, and mobility. Their effects are physical, emotional, financial, and last a lifetime. Every year, thousands of Canadians affected by brain tumours find emotional support and comfort while gaining a better understanding and knowledge of their disease through a range of programs and services available through the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada. This includes: up-to-date brain tumour information material, education events and support groups. Important brain tumour research is also supported through annual grants, a fellowship and the brain tumour tissue bank. The Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada is working towards its vision to find the cause of and a cure for brain tumours while improving the quality of life for those affected.

Thanks to all of you, the Banff Jasper Relay has raised over $500,000 for the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada since 2005, including over $20,000 in the 2021 virtual race. Please help us meet our goal of raising $67,500 in 2022. If each runner on all 60 teams donates and raises a total of $75 we will meet our goal!
